Operating within legal standards

At Netseline we operate under a robust legal compliance framework aligned with EU Directive (EU) 2015/849, the Cyprus AML/CTF framework and applicable marketing-law standards. All partners must comply with our contractual obligations, submit required documentation, and complete onboarding before campaign launch. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that fails to meet these standards.

Safeguarding partner and user data

We respect the privacy of individuals and businesses alike. All partner data is processed under lawful bases such as contract, consent or legitimate interest, protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption, access controls, audits). All transfers outside the EEA are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards. Partners must ensure campaigns target users in a privacy-compliant way and must adhere to our Privacy Policy.

Promoting honest, clear advertising

All campaign creative must present clear, truthful information and use only approved branding assets and messaging. Partners are required to avoid exaggerated claims, competitor denigration or unverified testimonials. Creative must be pre-approved if customised. Marketing materials must include a partnership disclosure and comply with local regulations (e.g., e-commerce-advertising rules, consumer-protection).

Evaluating risk before launch

Netseline uses a risk-based approach to assess every new partner and campaign before activation. We review factors such as business legitimacy, vertical type, traffic quality, and geographic exposure to identify potential risks. High-risk campaigns may require extra verification or manual approval. Risk levels are rechecked regularly to maintain transparency and compliance across our network.

Covers pornography, escort services, sexual wellness items, or any form of explicit material unsuitable for general audiences.

Weapons, firearms, or explosives

Prohibits promotion or sale of firearms, ammunition, military gear, fireworks, or related weapon accessories.

Tobacco, vaping, or drug-related products

Restricts any content promoting tobacco, e-cigarettes, vape devices, cannabis, CBD, or illegal substances.

Ponzi, pyramid, or get-rich-quick schemes

Blocks any scheme promising unrealistic earnings through recruitment, multi-level payouts, or investment doubles with no real product or service.

Misleading financial, investment, or crypto offers

Disallows deceptive investment platforms, unlicensed brokers, guaranteed returns, or crypto tokens without verified legal compliance.

Counterfeit or unlicensed products or services

Covers fake brand merchandise, replicas, cracked software, or services that infringe trademarks or intellectual property.

Malware, spyware, or deceptive downloads

Forbids software or websites that install unwanted programs, track users without consent, or mislead visitors into downloading harmful content.

Violence, hate speech, or discriminatory content

Rejects any ad or campaign promoting hatred, racism, political extremism, or violence toward individuals or groups.

Any service or promotion that violates applicable laws or advertising standards

A catch-all rule ensuring all partners comply with international marketing laws, privacy regulations, and fair advertising practices.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Any attempt to promote content from these prohibited verticals will result in immediate account suspension and termination of partnership agreements without prior notice.
